The functions authorized to be performed by the Office for State and Local Government Coordination of the Department on the day before the date of the enactment of this Act, and the assets and personnel associated with such functions, are transferred to the Assistant Secretary for Partnership and Engagement of the Department under section 711 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002, as added by section 309 of this Act.
