Subsection
(b)of section 166a of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(7)through
(10)as paragraphs
(8)through (11), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(6)the following new paragraph: Resilience of military installations, ranges, and key supporting civilian infrastructure to extreme weather events and other changing environmental conditions. . Subsection (c)(1) of such section is amended by striking and sustainability and all that follows and inserting the following: sustainability, and resilience of the forces assigned to the commander requesting the funds or of infrastructure supporting such forces; .
