Section 113 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (c)(2), by inserting before the semicolon the following: , including the status of diversity and inclusion in the military service academies and the Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps programs of such department ; in subsection (l)(2)— in subparagraph (D), by inserting (including through the military service academies and the Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps) after into the armed forces ; and in subparagraph (E), by inserting , attendance at military service academies, and enrollment in the Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps that before is representative ; and in subsection (m)— by redesignating paragraphs

(6)through (8), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(4)the following new paragraph: The number of cadets and midshipmen from the Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps of each armed force who are expected to be commissioned into the armed forces during the fiscal year covered by such report, disaggregated by gender, race, and ethnicity. .
