Section 582(b)(7) of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ) is amended, in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking in education law and inserting and with experience in the practice of education law in the State in which the military installation is located (and any other State or States in which a significant portion of the personnel assigned to such military installation reside) .
