Sec. 366. Study on use of military resources to transport certain individuals and effect on military readiness

The Secretary of Defense shall— conduct a study examining the effect on military readiness of using Department of Defense resources to transport covered individuals; and submit to Congress a report containing the findings of such study. In this section, the term covered individual means an individual who has crossed the southern border of the United States without authorization.
