Section 482(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating paragraph
(10)as paragraph (11); and by inserting after paragraph
(9)the following new paragraph (10): Information regarding— the extent to which any member of the armed forces is diverted, temporarily assigned, or detailed outside the member’s assigned unit or away from training in order to perform any function that had been performed by civilian employees of the Federal Government or by contractors prior to such diversion, temporary assignment, or detail; and whether such function is within the scope of the skills required for the military occupational specialty of such member of the armed forces. .
