Chapter 21 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 ( 42 U.S.C. 2286 et seq. ) is amended— in section 311 ( 42 U.S.C. 2286 )— in subsection (c)(4), by striking the office of Chairman and inserting the office of the Chair ; and by striking Chairman each place it appears (including in the heading of subsection (c)) and inserting Chair ; and in section 313 ( 42 U.S.C. 2286b ), by striking Chairman each place it appears and inserting Chair .
