Section 2504(3)(B) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating clauses (i), (ii), and
(iii)as clauses (ii), (iii), and (iv); and by inserting before clause (ii), as so redesignated, the following new clause: gaps and vulnerabilities related to— current and projected impacts of climate change; and defensive cybersecurity capabilities; .
