Sec. 1322. Notification relating to overseas humanitarian, disaster, and civic aid funds obligated in support of Operation Allies Refuge

Not later than 30 days after the date on which more than $100,000,000 of the amounts authorized to be appropriated by the Act for overseas humanitarian, disaster, and civic aid are obligated for expenses in support of Operation Allies Refuge, and every 90 days thereafter until all such funds are obligated for Operation Allies Refuge, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a notification that includes— the costs associated with the provision of transportation, housing, medical services, and other sustainment expenses for Afghan special immigrant visa applicants and other Afghans at risk; and whether funds were obligated under a reimbursable or non-reimbursable basis.
