Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a report on unreimbursed moving expenses incurred by members of the Armed Forces and their families, disaggregated by Armed Force, rank, and military housing area. In such report, the Secretary shall examine the root causes of such unreimbursed expenses. The Secretary shall establish a uniform policy regarding unreimbursed expenses described in subsection (a).
