Section 2504(3)(B) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating clauses
(i)through
(iii)as clauses
(ii)through (iv), respectively; and by inserting before clause (ii), as so redesignated, the following new clause (i): vulnerabilities related to the current and projected impacts of climate change and to cyberattacks or disruptions; .
