Notwithstanding section 2002 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (division B of Public Law 114–328 ; 130 Stat. 2688), the authorizations set forth in the table in subsection (b), as provided in sections 2301 and 2902 of that Act (130 Stat. 2696, 2743), shall remain in effect until October 1, 2023, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2024, whichever is later.
