Sec. 1363. Funding for civilian harm mitigation by Defense Security Cooperation Agency

Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 301 for operation and maintenance, Defense-wide, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4301, for the Defense Security Cooperation Agency is hereby increased by $2,000,000, of which $1,000,000 is for the Defense Institute of International Legal Studies for Civilian Harm Mitigation and $1,000,000 is for the Institute of Security Governance for Civilian Harm Mitigation, for civilian harm mitigation overall program process improvement and management such as, at a minimum, assessment framework development and improvement, risk analysis improvement, and the development of new training and advising materials.
Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 301 for operation and maintenance, Defense-wide, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4301, for Undistributed in line 580 is hereby reduced by $2,000,000.
