None of the funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be made available to provide transportation for any United States officer or official to attend, on official government business, the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in the People’s Republic of China. Nothing in this section may be construed to limit the authorization of appropriations to provide security during the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games to any United States athlete or associated support staff of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee.
