Sec. 1234. Report on options for assisting the Government of Ukraine in addressing integrated air and missile defense gaps

It is the sense of Congress that— the United States remains a steadfast partner of Ukraine; and it is in the United States national security interest assist the Government of Ukraine in countering Russian military aggression. Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on options for how the United States could support the Government of Ukraine in addressing integrated air and missile defense gaps. Such report shall include options for the foreign military sale of United States systems or the transfer of existing systems that are not being allocated through global force management.
