Section 166a(e)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (A)— by striking $20,000,000 and inserting $25,000,000 ; and by striking $250,000 and inserting $300,000 ; in subparagraph (B), by striking $10,000,000 and inserting $15,000,000 ; and in subparagraph (C), by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000 .
