Section 4814 of title 10, United States Code, as transferred and redesignated by section 1867(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ), is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: Not later than 18 months after the date of the enactment of this subsection, the Secretary of Defense shall establish and maintain a single publicly available website for the purpose of publishing the information required by subsection (a)(5). . The amendments made by this section shall take effect on January 1, 2022.
