Section 1640 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 10 U.S.C. 2224 note), is amended— in subsection (c)(1), by adding at the end the following new subparagraphs: Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3). Senior Leadership Enterprise. ; and by adding at the end the following new subsection: Not later than June 30, 2022, and every six months thereafter through 2023, the Secretary of Defense shall provide to the congressional defense committees a report on the work of the Program, including information relating to staffing and accomplishments of during the immediately preceding six-month period. .
