Sec. 1360. Report on United States humanitarian aid to Nagorno Karabakh

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall submit to the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate a report that contains— a detailed review of all United States humanitarian and developmental assistance programs being implemented in Nagorno Karabakh, including project descriptions and budgets, a listing of partnering organizations, and resulting deliverables; an analysis of the effectiveness of such assistance programs for Nagorno Karabakh; and plans for future such assistance programs for Nagorno Karabakh.
