None of the funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available to carry out this Act may be used to provide for the commercial export or transfer of covered items to Saudi Arabia’s Rapid Intervention Force (RIF). In this section, the term covered items includes firearms, tanks or other vehicles, tear gas, pepper spray, rubber bullets, foam rounds, bean bag rounds, pepper balls, water cannons, handcuffs, shackles, stun guns, tasers, military training, or any other military or police weaponry.
