Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 1068) is amended as follows: In subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking funds available for fiscal year 2021 pursuant to subsection (f)(6) and inserting funds available for fiscal year 2022 pursuant to subsection (f)(7) ; in paragraph (3), by striking fiscal year 2021 and inserting fiscal year 2022 ; and in paragraph (5), by striking Of the funds available for fiscal year 2021 pursuant to subsection (f)(6), $75,000,000 shall be available and inserting Of the funds available for fiscal year 2022 pursuant to subsection (f)(7), $50,000,000 shall be available .
In subsection (f), by adding at the end the following: For fiscal year 2022, $300,000,000. . In subsection (h), by striking December 31, 2023 and inserting December 31, 2024 .
