Section 5542(a)(6)(A) of title 5, United States Code, is amended— by inserting outside the United States after temporary duty ; by striking the nuclear aircraft carrier that is forward deployed in Japan and inserting naval vessels ; and by inserting of 1938 after Fair Labor Standards Act .
