Section 1599h(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (2)(B), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (3), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: during any fiscal year, pay up to 15 individuals newly appointed pursuant to paragraph (1)(B) the travel, transportation, and relocation expenses and services described under sections 5724, 5724a, and 5724c of title 5. .
