None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to implement or otherwise carry out directives contained in any Executive order that would establish a preferred architectural style for Federal buildings and courthouses or that would otherwise conflict with the Guiding Principles of Federal Architecture as established by the Ad Hoc Committee on Federal Space on June 1, 1962.
