Section 415(c) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6865(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking $6,500 per dwelling unit and inserting $10,000 per dwelling unit ; and in paragraph (4), by striking $3,000 per dwelling unit and inserting $8,000 per dwelling unit . Section 422 of the Energy Conservation and Production Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6872 ) is amended by striking paragraphs
(1)and
(2)and inserting the following: $350,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $400,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; $500,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $600,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; and $700,000,000 for fiscal year 2026. .
