Not later than 90 after the date of enactment of this Act, the Attorney General shall establish a national working group, to be known as the U.S. Commission on Reforming Police Metrics, to study best practices and resources needed to— measure public trust in police institutions through the inclusion of community input; and properly integrate the findings of the community input in police performance measurement.
