Section 5314(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph
(2)by inserting after subparagraph
(H)(as added by section 2104 of this Act) the following: provide innovation and capacity-building to rural and tribal public transportation recipients that do not duplicate the activities of sections 5311(b) or 5312; and ; and by adding at the end the following: Of the amounts made available to carry out this section under section 5338(a)(2)(G)(i), $1,500,000 shall be available to carry out activities described in paragraph (2)(I). .
