Section 20157 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall require railroad carriers and other entities subject to subsection
(a)to regularly report to the Administrator failures of positive train control systems. The Secretary shall prescribe the type of failure, format, interval, and detail required for reports submitted under this subsection. .
