Section 204(a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1)(A)— in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting context-sensitive solutions, after restoration, ; in clause (i), by inserting , including interpretive panels in or adjacent to those areas after areas ; in clause (v), by striking and at the end; by redesignating clause
(vi)as clause (ix); and by inserting after clause
(v)the following: contextual wayfinding markers; landscaping; cooperative mitigation of visual blight, including screening or removal; and ; and by adding at the end the following: In carrying out an activity described in paragraph (1), the Secretary shall ensure that the entity carrying out the activity considers— the use of locally adapted native plant materials; and designs that minimize runoff and heat generation. . Section 201(b)(7)(B) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking determined in accordance with section 120 , and inserting up to 100 percent .
