Section 1452(m)(1) of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300j–12(m)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by striking and ; in subparagraph (C), by striking 2021. and inserting 2021; ; and by adding at the end the following: $4,140,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $4,800,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; and $5,500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2031. .
