This division, including the amendments made by this division, applies beginning on October 1, 2022. In this division and the amendments made by this division, any reference to— the date of enactment of this Act; the date of enactment of a provision of this division; the date of enactment of a provision added to law by an amendment made by this division; or the date of enactment of the INVEST in America Act added to law by an amendment made by this division, shall be treated as a reference to October 1, 2022. Subsections
(a)and
(b)shall not apply to the following sections and any amendments made by such sections: Section 1105. Section 1107. Section 1305. Subsections (c)(1) and
(d)of section 2104. Section 2106. Section 2112. Section 2204(1)(A). Section 2305. Section 2307. Section 2902(2).
