Not later than 6 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall— conduct a study on the implementation of this title and the amendments made by this title, including whether this title and the amendments made by this title have— effectively reduced wildfire risk, including the extent to which the wildfire hazard on Federal land has changed; and restored ecosystems on Federal and non-Federal land; and submit to Congress a report that describes the results of the study under paragraph (1). There is authorized to be appropriated to the Comptroller General of the Unites States for the activities described in subsection
(a)$800,000.
