There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out activities under section 615(d) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17194(d) ) $84,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2022 through 2025. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary— to carry out activities under section 3003(b)(2) of the Energy Act of 2020 ( 42 U.S.C. 16237(b)(2) ), $60,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2022 through 2025; and to carry out activities under section 3003(b)(4) of the Energy Act of 2020 ( 42 U.S.C. 16237(b)(4) ), $40,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2022 through 2025.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary— to carry out activities under section 3004(b)(2) of the Energy Act of 2020 ( 42 U.S.C. 16238(b)(2) ), $40,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2022 through 2025; to carry out activities under section 3004(b)(3) of the Energy Act of 2020 ( 42 U.S.C. 16238(b)(3) ), $20,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2022 through 2025; and to carry out activities under section 3004(b)(4) of the Energy Act of 2020 ( 42 U.S.C. 16238(b)(4) ), $20,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2022 through 2025.
Amounts authorized to be appropriated under subsection
(b)are authorized to be a part of, and not in addition to, any amounts authorized to be appropriated by section 3003(b)(7) of the Energy Act of 2020 ( 42 U.S.C. 16237(b)(7) ).
