Section 515(h) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting (referred to in this subsection as the after Advisory Committee ) an Advisory Committee ; in paragraph (2)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 20 members and inserting 25 members ; in subparagraph
(O)(as redesignated by section 13008(a)(2))— by striking utilities, ; and by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; by redesignating subparagraphs (F), (G), (H), (I), (J), (K), (L), (M), (N), and
(O)(as added or redesignated by section 13008(a)) as subparagraphs (H), (J), (K), (L), (M), (N), (O), (S), (T), and (U), respectively; by inserting after subparagraph
(E)(as redesignated by section 13008(a)(2)) the following: a representative of a national transit association; a representative of a national, State, or local transportation agency or association; ; by inserting after subparagraph
(H)(as redesignated by subparagraph (C)) the following: a private sector developer of intelligent transportation system technologies, which may include emerging vehicle technologies; ; by inserting after subparagraph
(O)(as so redesignated) the following: a representative of a labor organization; a representative of a mobility-providing entity; an expert in traffic management; ; and by adding at the end the following: an expert in cybersecurity; and an automobile manufacturer. ; in paragraph (3)— in subparagraph (A), by striking section 508 and inserting section 6503 of title 49 ; and in subparagraph (B)— in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting programs and before research ; and in clause (iii), by striking research and and inserting programs, research, and ; by redesignating paragraphs

(5)as paragraphs
(5)through (7); and by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following: The term of a member of the Advisory Committee shall be 3 years. On expiration of the term of a member of the Advisory Committee, the member— may be reappointed; or if the member is not reappointed under clause (i), may serve until a new member is appointed. The Advisory Committee— shall convene not less frequently than twice each year; and may convene with the use of remote video conference technology. .
