Section 164(b)(1) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking alcohol-impaired and inserting alcohol- or multiple substance-impaired ; and in subparagraph (B)— by striking intoxicated or driving and inserting intoxicated, driving while multiple substance-impaired, or driving ; and by striking alcohol-impaired and inserting alcohol- or multiple substance-impaired .
