Sec. 11521. Stormwater best management practices reports

In this section: The term Administrator means the Administrator of the Federal Highway Administration. The term best management practices report means— the 2014 report sponsored by the Administrator entitled Determining the State of the Practice in Data Collection and Performance Measurement of Stormwater Best Management Practices ; and the 1997 report sponsored by the Administrator entitled Stormwater Best Management Practices in an Ultra-Urban Setting: Selection and Monitoring .
Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall update and reissue each best management practices report to reflect new information and advancements in stormwater management. Not less frequently than once every 5 years after the date on which the Administrator reissues a best management practices report described in subsection (b), the Administrator shall update and reissue the best management practices report until the earlier of the date on which— the best management practices report is withdrawn; or the contents of the best management practices report are incorporated (including by reference) into applicable regulations of the Administrator.
