It is the sense of Congress that the President should reexamine United States commercial export control policy for any country, including the People’s Republic of China, that is known to supply arms or dual use items to any country the government of which has been designated pursuant to any applicable provision of law as a state sponsor of terrorism or to any entity designated by the Secretary of State as a foreign terrorist organization.
