On an annual basis— each of the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture shall submit to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate and the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives a report on the progress made by the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture, respectively, toward meeting the requirements of section 5; and the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works, shall submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report on the progress made by the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works, toward meeting the requirements of section 5.
