In this Act: The term Federal land means any land or water managed by a Federal land management agency. The term Federal land management agency means— the Bureau of Reclamation; the National Park Service; the Bureau of Land Management; the United States Fish and Wildlife Service; the Forest Service; and the Corps of Engineers. The term Secretaries means— the Secretary of Agriculture; the Secretary of the Interior; and the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works.
