The Insular Area National Program Office Director shall establish a program, to be known as the Insular Area Technical Assistance Program, to provide technical assistance to Insular Areas relating to climate change planning, mitigation, adaptation, and resilience. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Administrator to carry out this section $5,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2022 through 2026.
