The President’s authority to issue waivers or licenses to sanctions pursuant to sections 203 and 205 of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1976 with regard to sanctions required or authorized by legislation or executive orders described in subsection (b), and any waivers or licenses issued pursuant to such legislation or executive orders, shall cease to apply 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act. The sanctions required or authorized by legislation and executive orders include the following:
This Act, and the amendments made by this Act. The Iran Sanctions Act of 1996 ( Public Law 104–172 ; 50 U.S.C. 1701 note). The Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010 ( 22 U.S.C. 8501 et seq. ). Section 1245 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( 22 U.S.C. 8513a ). The Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012 ( 22 U.S.C. 8701 et seq. ). The Iran Freedom and Counter-Proliferation Act of 2012 ( 22 U.S.C. 8801 et seq. ).
The International Emergency Economic Powers Act ( 50 U.S.C. 1701 note). Any other statute or Executive order that requires or authorizes the imposition of sanctions with respect to Iran.
