Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the common name Kanpachi shall serve as an acceptable market name under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 301 et seq. ) for labeling and marketing of ocean-farmed Seriola rivoliana.
