Section 2811A of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300hh–10b ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (2)— by striking and behavioral and inserting , behavioral, developmental ; and by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (3), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: provide advice and consultation with respect to continuity of care and education for all children and supporting parents and caregivers during all-hazards emergencies. ; in subsection (d)(2)— in subparagraph (C), by striking care; and and inserting care; ; by redesignating subparagraph
(D)as subparagraph (E); by inserting after subparagraph
(C)the following: at least 4 non-Federal members representing child care settings, State or local educational agencies, individuals with expertise in children with disabilities, and parents; and ; and in subparagraph (E), as so redesignated— by striking clause (ii); and by redesignating clauses
(iii)and
(iv)as clauses
(ii)and (iii), respectively.
