Section 108 of the VA MISSION Act of 2018 ( Public Law 115–182 ; 38 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended— by redesignating subsections
(d)and
(e)as subsections
(e)and (f), respectively; and by inserting after subsection
(c)the following new subsection (d): The requirement to deny or revoke the eligibility of a health care provider to provide non-Department health care services to veterans under subsection
(a)shall apply to any removal under paragraph
(1)of such subsection or violation under paragraph
(2)of such subsection that occurred on or after a date determined by the Secretary that is not less than five years before the date of the enactment of this Act. .
