Section 7091 of the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act ( Public Law 115–271 ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking (and by conforming the item relating to such section in the table of contents in section 1(b)); Demonstration in subsection (a)— by amending the subsection heading to read as follows: ; and Grant program in paragraph (1), by striking demonstration ; in subsection (b), in the subsection heading, by striking ; demonstration in subsection (d)(4), by striking tribal and inserting Tribal ; in subsection (f)— in the heading, by striking and inserting Report ; and Reports in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking Not later than 1 year after completion of the demonstration program under this section, the Secretary shall submit a report to the Congress on the results of the demonstration program and inserting Not later than the end of each of fiscal years 2024 and 2027, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives a report on the results of the program ; and in subsection (g), by striking 2019 through 2021 and inserting 2023 through 2027 .
