Immediately upon enactment of this Act, of the unobligated balances of funds made available by section 8003 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 ( Public Law 117–2 ) to the Department of Veterans Affairs for the supply chain modernization initiative, $76,105,000 is hereby rescinded.
