Section 2002 of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 34 U.S.C. 10442 ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking and inserting Violence Against Women Office ; Office on Violence Against Women in subsection (a), by striking a Violence Against Women Office and inserting an Office on Violence Against Women ; in subsection (b), by inserting , not subsumed by any other office after within the Department of Justice ; and in subsection (c)(2), by striking authorized or undertaken under the and all that follows and inserting “authorized or undertaken under— the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 (title IV of Public Law 103–322 ); the Violence Against Women Act of 2000 (division B of Public Law 106–386 ); the Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act of 2005 ( Public Law 109–162 ; 119 Stat. 2960); the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 ( Public Law 113–4 ; 127 Stat. 54); and the Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization Act of 2022. .
