During fiscal year 2022, the President may transfer excess defense articles to Ukraine and to allies and partners in Europe pursuant to section 516 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2321j ) without regard to the notification requirement in section 516(f)(1) of such Act and the monetary limitation in section 516(g) of such Act: , That not later than 30 days after such a transfer has occurred, the President shall report to the appropriate congressional committees on the items transferred, pursuant to the specifications in section 516(f) of such Act.
