For an additional amount for Coast Guard—Procurement, Construction, and Improvements , $50,000,000, to remain available until expended, which shall be distributed as a grant for the National Coast Guard Museum to carry out activities under section 316(d) of title 14, United States Code. The Coast Guard shall not be responsible for the execution of any contracts, planning, or execution of work to accomplish any activities outlined in section 316(d) of title 14, United States Code.
