Without regard to the limitation as to time and condition of section 503(d) of this Act, after June 30, in accordance with the notification requirement described in subsection
(b)of such section, up to the following amounts may be reprogrammed within Coast Guard—Operations and Support — $10,000,000 to or from the Military Personnel funding category; and $10,000,000 between the Field Operations funding subcategories.
